I am having problems with my DSL connection, how can I get help?

Step one: Reboot your modem and your computer to obtain a new IP address.
Step two: Check your modem settings - refer to your HCTC info letter.
Step three: Contact technical support at (888) 638-4282.

 
I want a wireless device for my DSL modem, is there a device you recommend?

Check out the Linksys WRT54G Wireless-G Router.  Other router brands can be purchased at any computer or office supply store.

How can I test my DSL speed?
